Both the referrer and referee
( applicant ) should go to the Human
Echoes office to register their personal
information.

Suppose the applicant starts to work
for 2 months in the company.
In that case, both parties will receive
a referral fee :  
   
  - For full-time jobs : 20,000 yen each
                                      for the referrer
                                      and the referee 
                                      ( applicant )
   
  - For part-time jobs : 5,000 yen each
                                        for the referrer
                                        and the referee
                                        ( applicant )

Generally, all payments will be paid by
bank transfer on payday ( 15th of the
month ).

If the applicant resigned from work
before completing the agreed period
required to receive the referral fee
payment , both parties will not receive
the referral fee.
